About the Role
Work closely with stakeholders to prepare budget for Pre-Sales & Solution Design
• Monitor adherence to allocated budget; take corrective course of action in case of deviations
• Lead the identification and positioning of the solutions to address client requirement and
contribute to the revenue of the Function
• Review pre-sales funnel progress on proposals in pipeline and on deal closures
• Review the scope and the concept of technical solution to ensure all the client requirements are adequately addressed
• Liaise with the Opportunity Review Board while deciding to quote for complex and high value bids
• Review the technical and commercial proposals for clients, make recommendations to improve the overall
effectiveness and comprehensiveness of the solutions
• Assist the Sales team during proposal presentations and address technical queries related to the solutions
• Review and approve Bill of material for OEM/ Vendors
• Conduct negotiations with OEM/ Vendors for the quotations for Bill of Materials in case of complex and critical deals
• Review and ensure accuracy of customer information sheet, ICT profitability sheet
• Provide guidance for identification and analysis of Solutions for Productization
• Review and approve Business Performance Report to be shared with management for review and action planning
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Technical / Equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in high tech product or solution environment
• Understanding of the customer segments (Financial, Government, SME, VIP or Residential) Experience in
Pre-Sales & Solution Design
