About the Role
ERP Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle ERP applications, modules, and customizations to meet business requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support for Oracle ERP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
System Integration: Develop and implement integration solutions between Oracle ERP and other business systems.
Customization: Customize Oracle ERP applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
Database Management: Perform database design, optimization, and management to ensure data integrity and performance.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, implementation, and support.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database management.
Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Understanding of system integration techniques and tools.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions is a plus.
